About the workshop:
In these challenging times, we are all looking for ways to take care of ourselves and manage stress.The Seva Stress Release (SSR) is a simple, profoundly effective technique for calming the body, mind, emotions and spirit—helping the whole being relax and regroup. SSR uses combinations of 15 key acupressure points applied with gentle pressure. It’s easy to learn, takes just minutes to practice, and can be used in almost any setting.
The interactive workshop introduces SSR through demonstration and hands-on practice. You’ll also have the chance to interact with the Blue Rider equines as we explore body-mind awareness and build empowerment in relation to one’s own health and well-being. You’ll experience the transformative power of acupressure and go home with resources for self-care you can use for the rest of your life.
No prior experience with acupressure or horses is necessary.
